COMMON AREA RULES

 

The common areas and the roof of the building are not for the use of the general public.  No tenant shall install any radio or television antenna, loudspeaker or other device on the roof or exterior walls of the building. 

• No animals allowed anywhere on the Property, in the Building or in the Premises. 

• No parties or non-tenant invitees may utilize the common area facilities without the prior written approval of management, they may be subject to additional waivers and restrictions and then only on such terms as are provided therein. 

• Any guest must be accompanied by a Tenant at a ratio of 1 Tenant to 4 guests. 

• No fishing, swimming, diving, wading in the ponds.  The ponds are a visual amenity only. 

• No glass allowed on grounds. 

• No electrical equipment allowed. 

• Remain on asphalt paths at all times. 

• Appropriate attire required at all times.
