POOL RULES

 

• Please read, and follow, all signs and rules posted at the pool.

• There is no lifeguard on duty.  Swim at your own risk.

• Tenant is responsible for securing all gates when entering and exiting the pool area.

• No glass containers are allowed in the area.

• No intoxicated individuals, or individuals afflicted with any communicable disease are allowed in the area.

• Any guest must be accompanied by a Tenant at a ratio of 1 Tenant to 3 guests.  Any additional guest usage must be pre-arranged with management and may be subject to additional waivers and restrictions.

• No children, under the age of 18, are allowed to be in the pool area without the written consent of the management and constant adult supervision by the individuals responsible for such children.

• Appropriate attire required at all times.  No cut-offs are allowed to be worn in the pool.

• The creek area, including the grassy area between the fence and the creek, is not part of the pool area, and should be avoided, especially by children.

• Electric cords are not allowed inside the fenced area or to be strung anywhere near the pool, or stretched around water areas.

• Care should be taken to prevent dirt from being tracked into the pool and pool area.
