  • Monday through Friday: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
  • After-hours usage: All other hours, tenant must pay for overtime security coverage cost of $30 per hour with a 3 hours minimum and after hours HVAC
  • We do not accept weekend reservations
  • 48 hours notice period for booking requests
  • Meetings should not exceed time booked
  • Food must be approved by management and conference room must be left clean

Conference Room Charges:

  • $125.00C Coordination/ Setup/ Cleanup (non-refundable) to secure reservation
  • $50.00 per hour Room Rental Rate (2 hours minimum)

 

Conference Room Options:


Level 1 “Large Conference Room”

  • Choose between 4 different layout options, including banquet style, hollow square/conference style, theater style and conference style
  • Maximum of 50 people 
  • Wi-Fi available
  • Podium and projector available

Level 2 “Suite 250 Regular Conference Room”

  • Seating for up to 8 people
  • Wi-Fi available
  • TV display with HDMI hookup
  • Conference phone available for use
