Tenant Handbook

COURTESY OFFICERS

A Courtesy Officer is on-site (24) hours a day.  The Courtesy Officer helps deter theft and vandalism in the building, but in the event of a problem, he or she will notify the police.  The Courtesy Officer is not armed, and should not be expected to physically intervene under any circumstances.  They are there to observe, monitor and report.

The Courtesy Officers have been instructed not to allow anyone in the building after hours.  The tenant desiring access to the property should use their access key FOB.

For security reasons, anyone not having a key to your suite or offices, including your employees will not be admitted by Management or the Courtesy Officer.
