MAINTENANCE

 

The Building offers a secure tenant Service System Angus.  Angus is an electronic work order system, which allows Tenants to log in and submit work orders directly through the tenant portal.  Once a work order is submitted, it is automatically dispatched to the Management Team for a quick response. 

 

Maintenance personnel are equipped to handle varying degrees of lighting, plumbing, electrical, cooling and heating, and door and lock problems.  If the problem is outside of our normal maintenance service, then Maintenance will often be able to recommend a contractor to assist you.
